Got Game Volleyball Kit

We are happy to release our first sport specific kit to go along with the Got Game Team Colors papers and elements. Our first sport is, of course, volleyball. Tami is in the middle of volleyball season and wanted to make a kit she could use for her team so it made sense for us to start there. This kit may be a bit bigger then some of the others that follow, but you can never find much out there for volleyball so we decided to go all out on this one. We must say it is AWESOME! You may have to go play volleyball and take some pictures just so you can use it. This kit contains an assortment of volleyballs, overlays, words, rubons and frames. All the colors used are neutral to be used with any of the papers in our Team Colors kit. All the papers are overlays that can simply be placed on top of the paper of your choice. We are very pleased with the way this sport kit idea is shaping up and we hope you like it too. It looks like baseball, soccer, football and basketball are all pretty close on our survey, so look for us to start coming out with those kits sometime in the next few weeks. Although there are two different previews everything is in one folder so there is only one download. Click on the link under the previews to download the Volleyball Kit and WordArt. Enjoy!!

Got Game Team Colors Paper

Well it's finally time for a new kit. Just in case you missed our previous post our Got Game kit is going to be a little bit different so we thought we would give an explanation. Got Game is a kit that we will be continually releasing covering a variety of different sports. This week we will have Got Game Team Colors. This will be 10 pages and 6 elements out of every school color we could think of. Next we will release kits based specifically around one sport (for instance Volleyball) where almost all the paper will be done as an overlay to be used on colored paper from our Team Colors kit (or any paper) to match the colors you will need. Wordart and elements will be done in black & white or clear to match any of the school colors. The first sport we release will be volleyball. I have added a poll on the left side to help choose the order/subject of our next few sports kits. Feel free to vote on as many of the options as you would like, or if you have a suggestion for another sport either leave a comment or e-mail it to us.
Today we have the paper available. Just to make it easier for everyone we broke up the paper colors into 3 different groups. 1) Black, Pink, 2 shades of Purple & White 2)Shades of Red & Blue and 3) 2 shades of Green, Orange and 2 shades of Yellow/Gold. You can either download all the paper or just your school colors. Below each of the previews there will be a link to download that set of paper. Enjoy!!

Falling For Him/Falling For Her

Scrap 'N Pieces has teamed up with one of their CT members (Maria who is also the newest designer at Stuff to Scrap) and made a collab blog kit. Falling for Him which is slightly more masculine is available from Scrap 'n Pieces while Maria went with for a little more of a girly version in Falling for Her. Today you can pick up the paper, elements tomorrow, alpha will be available Thursday and quickpages on Friday.
Having 3 boys I obviously mostly stuck with the more masculine side of things, but Maria had the perfect adorable flowers that I loved and worked quite nicely on my page. The kit is free this week and then will be moved into the stores, click on the preview to download it from their blog. But first because I was happy with the way this page turned out I decided to make it available as a quick page. Scroll down below all the previews and click on the link to download. Enjoy!!

A New Look and a New Direction

We hope you enjoy the new look of our blog. We decided it was time for a face lift and we both LOVE this new kit so much we knew it was the perfect time to make the change.
We have been providing free digital scrapbooking kits for six months now. We have really enjoyed the entire designing process and all the wonderful comments that everyone has left about our work. It has been a learning process and we laugh a little at some of our early attempts now. We have debated whether we should start selling in a store a number of times, but we decided we don't want to design things exclusively to sell. However, we spend a tremendous amount of time working on these kits and have spent some money to purchase items to create our kits and we have decided it was time we at least started covering our expenses.
So we settled upon a compromise. We plan to continue to provide freebies each month, but to also design some kits that will only be for sale. We have been working hard to figure out a way to sell them ourselves directly from this website and we think we have it (although it is possible there will be some glitches early on.) We truly appreciate all of you who have shown an interest in what we do and hope that you will continue to support us, even for a small fee. Thank you!

Template #4

The layout that Tami did when she made the page for Scraps 'n Pieces last kit turned out so well that we decided to make it into a template. As with most of our layouts there are tons of spots for pictures that can either be used for picture spots or could easily be filled in with some paper. Make sure to come back next week we will have some Quick Layouts and anothter template. Scroll down below the preview and click on the link to download. Enjoy!!

Lots Going On

Tons going on this week for Scraps 'N Pieces. First of all they have released their newest kit Kick It. We will have the template that Tami made the page out of available on Thursday of this week.

Along with their new kit Scraps' N Pieces is also hosting the speed scrap on Tuesday September 8th(see the flyer below) and you get almost a full kit as the prize for participating. On top of all that they are in charge of the template challenge over at Stuff to Scrap. I love the page that they made with the template!!
